How to Join
1. Telephone or e-mail the Splish Splash Swim School office. 2. A brief conversation with an experienced member of staff, giving as much details as possible about your child’s previous experience in the water. 3. An Application form (Page1 Page2) will be sent (or downloaded) along with a welcome letter, inviting your child along for an initial assessment. 4. The initial assessment will determine which group your child will be placed in. You will be charged for the initial assessment but if you are not satisfied after the first lesson, a full refund will be given.

Club Rules:
Children must be accompanied to and from the poolside via changing rooms. No outdoor shoes to be worn on poolside. Children should be sitting on mats 5 minutes before lesson starts. All parents and guardians of children attending lessons must be visually present in the building at all times. No photographic or filming equipment is to be used in the premises. All lessons to be paid full in advance. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost or stolen. Adults and children over 7 must not be in the opposite sex changing rooms. Refunds or credits cannot be given due to absences or lateness. Lessons cannot be swapped or changed for different times or days.
Child Protection Policy:
Splish splash swim school is committed to the child protection act 1999. All swimming teachers and assistants have been checked by the criminal Records bureau, to determine their suitability in working with children. The club follows procedures and guidelines produced by the ASA child Protection working party in conjunction with the N.S.P.C.C. These guidelines include: Identification of the forms of child abuse What to do if you have concerns about a child Good practice Code of ethics Details of access to the criminal records bureau Guidelines for use of photographic and filming equipment and children Help-line information.
